Indigoflowz ("we," "us") builds websites for service businesses, online stores and contractors, including the Web Sales Engine. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website, why, and what we do with it.
Who is responsible
Jonathan Roumain is responsible for protecting personal information at Indigoflowz and is the person to contact with any privacy question or request.

What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, website address, what your business does, your typical client or project value, where your clients come from, and the time you book.
- Leak Finder: the public web address you enter, and your email if you ask for your fixes.
- Calls: if you book a Gameplan call, notes we take during the call.
- Basic usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived on the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To schedule and prepare for your Gameplan call, including reviewing your current website.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and the resources you ask for.
- To follow up about our services. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, we use your mobile number to send booking confirmations, reminders and messages related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Our website platforms, Netlify and Wix, which host our sites and store the details you submit through their forms.
- Our CRM and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel), which stores your contact details and booking, and sends confirmations and reminders.
- Our video-call provider (Zoom) and calendar (Google).
- Anthropic, whose AI reads the public web address you enter in the Leak Finder to score the page. We don't send it your name or email.
- Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which measure site visits and how our ads perform. They only load if you click "OK" on the cookie notice, and you can say no.
Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible under local law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted. Email jonathan@indigoflowz.com or call 514-581-6070 and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it's used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. See also our Terms of Use.
