"Just need a ballpark"
Project value$3,200
Tire-kicker
Sound familiar?

You don't have a lead problem.
You have a filter problem.

  1. MondayYou drive 40 minutes for a "quick look." They wanted their hedges trimmed.
  2. Tuesday"Can you just give me a ballpark?" Three times.
  3. WednesdayYou send a detailed design and estimate. Silence.
  4. ThursdayA $45K backyard goes to a company whose work is worse than yours. Their website made the homeowner feel safe.
  5. FridayIt's 9pm and you're still writing bids. Most of them won't close.

Your work isn't the problem. Your website is losing the project before you ever see it.

Referrals and Google get the right homeowners to your site. Then they see a gallery, no process, no price range, and no reason to pick you over the next guy. The serious ones leave. The ones who call are shopping on price.

Inspection: failed

Each miss is a reason a $40K homeowner leaves without calling.

The fix

A website built like your best salesperson.

In person, you qualify the homeowner, walk them through your process, set expectations on budget and earn their trust. A Trade Sales Engine does all of that before they pick up the phone.

Part 1

The 5-second promise

The first screen says who you build for and at what level. The right homeowner leans in. The $3K shopper bounces.

Part 2

The proof wall

Projects shown the way buyers think: before, after, scope and budget tier. Reviews that name the project and the town.

Part 3

The process & price frame

Your steps and investment range laid out plainly, so they arrive understanding how you work and what it costs.

Part 4

The qualifying intake

An inquiry flow that asks budget, timeline and scope, so you only drive out for jobs worth the gas.

Drag to compare

Same crew. Same work. A very different first five seconds.

BeforeAfter
  • Says who it's for in one line. Patios and pools, Scottsdale, $40K+. The right homeowner leans in; the mulch shopper moves on.
  • Shows the finished job, at its best hour. One real project photo sells more than a gallery of small ones.
  • Puts a price frame up front. A range and a project card with its tier, so calls start at the right budget.
  • One clear next step. "See what yours would cost" leads to a short intake, not a blank contact form.
  • Proof and urgency, honestly. Review count, and a real build calendar that fills up.

Watch it work

You're on the job. Your engine's on the phone.

  1. A homeowner calls

It rings your cell. You're mid-job and can't pick up.

    Ringing
  2. Your AI receptionist answers

Thanks for calling Green Ridge Landscaping. Mike's on a job right now. I'm his assistant, and I can get you booked in.

    AI
  3. It asks your questions

What's the project? A patio, maybe a retaining wall. Rough budget? $30–45K. When? This spring. Where? Rye.

    AI
  4. Checks the fit

Right project size, right timeline, inside your service area. A $2K repair would get a polite "not a fit" instead.

    AI
  5. Books the consult

Thursday, 10:00 AM, on your calendar. The homeowner gets a confirmation text.

    Booked
  6. You get the summary

New lead: patio + retaining wall, $30–45K, Rye. Consult Thu 10am.

    You
4 minfrom first ring to booked consult

No voicemail. No phone tag. The homeowner talked to someone, got their questions answered and got booked, while you kept working.

Evenings and weekends, the AI picks up on the first ring. If a caller hangs up before it answers, they get a text back within seconds.

Example with sample names and numbers.

AI with guardrails

The AI books the meeting. You close the deal.

What the AI handles

The chasing

  • Answers the calls you can't, day or night
  • Texts back anyone who hangs up
  • Replies to web inquiries in under a minute
  • Asks budget, timeline and scope
  • Books consults on your calendar
  • Follows up until they book or say no
  • Asks happy clients for a review
What you own

The craft

  • Site visits and estimates
  • Pricing and proposals
  • Every negotiation
  • The relationship
The guardrails

The rules

  • Tells callers it's your assistant, not you
  • Never quotes a price, only the ranges on your site
  • Hands off to you the moment a question goes past its script
  • Every conversation shows up in your app
  • Take over any conversation with one tap
  • We review its conversations every week and tune it
You stop losing projects to voicemail. You still close every deal yourself.
Every Monday morning

You'll know exactly what your website brought in.

Setup
$5,000

+ $997/month for management, your AI receptionist and weekly reports. 6-month minimum, then month to month.

Or skip the setup fee with a 12-month term.

If your target project is $35K, one extra project covers setup and most of your first year. Your exact scope is set on the Gameplan call.

I build 4 engines a month.

Every build gets my full attention, so the calendar stays small.

Rather own it outright?

Owned

No monthly fees to us, no contract (you pay Wix directly for your site plan). You get the same sales-first structure and copy that filters and books homeowners. Instead of our custom-coded, fully managed build, we build your site on Wix, an easy point-and-click editor, and hand it over, with a walkthrough so you or your team can manage it yourselves. Includes 30 days of fixes after launch. No AI receptionist, no management, no weekly reports.

$10,000one timeAsk about owning it

This is for you if

  • Your projects average $20K or more
  • You get traffic from referrals, Google or ads
  • You want fewer, better leads, not more noise
  • You're ready to move in the next 30 days

This isn't for you if

  • You're shopping for the cheapest website
  • You want a template to tweak yourself
  • You think a new color scheme will fix it
  • You don't want to hear what's broken

What you risk

  • The Gameplan Session costs you an hour
  • You keep the plan either way
  • If we're not a fit, I'll tell you on the call
Straight answers

What contractors ask me first.

I get plenty of referrals. Why do I need this?

Your referrals check your website before they call. If it doesn't back up what they heard, some of them never call, and you never know they existed. The engine makes sure the referral you earned turns into a consult.

Can't I just tweak my current site?

The leak is in the structure: what a homeowner sees first, in what order, and what they're asked to do. You can't fix structure with new photos or a new color. The Gameplan will show you either way.

$997 a month is a lot.

It is, if you think of it as a website. Think of it as a receptionist and salesperson who works every night and weekend, never forgets the pitch, and turns away bad jobs for you. A part-time office person costs far more, and one extra project covers the year.

How much of my time does this take?

The Gameplan call, a review of your first draft, and a round of feedback. I write the copy and build the site. You keep running jobs.

Who handles changes after launch?

We do. New project photos, a price update, a new service: send it over and it's done. You run jobs; we run the website.

What does the AI actually do?

When you can't pick up, or it's after hours, an AI receptionist answers the call. It asks your qualifying questions, books good-fit homeowners onto your calendar and texts you a summary. It also replies to web inquiries within a minute and follows up with leads who go quiet. You see all of it in your weekly snapshot.

What if it doesn't work?

You'll know fast, because your weekly report shows visitors, inquiries and booked consults. If the numbers aren't moving, we change the site, the AI scripts or the follow-up. That's what the monthly fee pays for. I can't promise a number of new projects, since your pricing, reviews and how you close matter too. I can promise you'll always see exactly what the engine is doing.

What happens if I cancel?

After your minimum term, you're month to month and can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your domain and content are yours, and we hand everything over.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain and your content are yours. If you ever leave, we hand it all over.

Turn away the jobs you don't want. Book the projects you do.

Book your Gameplan Session. In one call you'll see where your site loses homeowners, what that's costing you, and exactly what to fix first.

P.S. Scroll up and run the 60-second inspection. If your site passes 7 out of 8, you probably don't need me. If it doesn't, every month you wait is another month of $40K homeowners choosing someone else.
